What this website collects
This marketing site (trustivan.com) loads no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking script of any kind, and sets no non-essential cookie. The only data this origin receives is what a browser sends to any web server by default (IP address, user agent, requested path) in the hosting provider's access logs.
The /contact/ page lists email addresses; nothing you send there is processed by this site — it goes directly to the mailbox named.
The authenticated product
The dashboard at app.trustivan.com and the API behind it process account, organization and scan data on behalf of customers as their data processor. That relationship — retention, sub-processors, and a customer's rights over their own data — belongs in a Data Processing Agreement, not this draft, and is out of scope until counsel has reviewed both documents together.
