Case studies
Nothing here yet, and that is the honest state
A case study names a real organisation and reports outcomes that organisation is willing to stand behind. Until one has agreed to that, anything on this page would be a scenario written by the vendor and presented as evidence.
The bar
What an entry has to clear
Published here so it is a commitment rather than an internal preference we could quietly relax the first time a study would be convenient.
A named organisation
With written approval to name them. An anonymised case study is a scenario, and a reader is right to discount it as one.
Numbers they supplied
Figures the customer provided or verified, not ones inferred from a demo environment or extrapolated from a benchmark.
The part that did not work
What they had to change, or where the product got in the way. A case study with no friction in it reads as marketing and gets weighed as marketing.
In the meantime
What to read instead of a testimonial
The substitute for someone else's outcome is not a quote from someone else's outcome. It is the mechanism, in enough detail that you can predict what it would do in your pipeline.
If you are running TRUSTIVAN and would be willing to talk about it on the record — including the parts that were awkward — we would like to hear from you.
